Reading lists of new .fi domains granted by Ficora is a terrible waste of time for persons whose psyches don’t sort the notion of monitoring Finnish Internet businesses into some internal “fun” folder. I happen to enjoy following stuff like this, which is why this RSS feed with daily updates on new .fi domain registrations will be nice to have next to my favorite web comics in Google Reader. Related bonus rant: domain.ficora.fi, the site of the .fi TLD’s NIC is, with its Javascript madness, a jet powered, eighteen wheeled Shipment of Fail. The lack of built-in RSS feeds is a dramatically lesser problem than the control panel, which magically transforms basic measures, such as changing the DNS servers employed by a domain, into complex journeys through confusing paths and messages.
